This place exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, ensuring that every need was met during my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. The breathtaking views of nature surrounding the hotel added to the overall sense of tranquility and relaxation. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed me to stay connected and the on-site car park provided convenience for exploring the area.

The area is well served with restaurants and shops, everything you need can be found close by. the room was located down the mountain and had good views of the surroundings. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the staff was helpful and service was decent.

The high price did not reflect the quality of the facilities and some of the amenities advertised were not up to standard.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel! The cleanliness was amazing and the staff was really good. the hotel facilities, such as the hot tub and fireplace, were well-maintained and added to the overall charm of the stay. This hotel's location was perfect as it was super close to shops, restaurants, and everything else I needed. the hotel offers an excellent breakfast that exceeded my expectations.

The view from the balcony was stunning, surrounded by tall trees and native birds. The service was exceptional, with staff offering complimentary breakfast vouchers and toiletries. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the nearby shops and cafes.

The noise from the road was quite noticeable, which may impact light sleepers. it would have been helpful to have access to more than one bathroom, especially for larger groups.

Had a fantastic Xmas here. the views were breathtaking. Loved waking up to the sound of nature and the fresh air. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the accommodations were well-equipped and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect, with easy access to outdoor activities and local attractions.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, not enough variety and the quality was not great. There were a few minor issues with our room that needed attention, but the staff were quick to address them.
